Playing Career

Club(s)
Caulker started junior football with Hounslow Borough FC, before being offered trials with Chelsea FC, Reading FC and Queen's Park Rangers FC. He chose to join the Tottenham Hotspur FC youth team at the age of 15, and after progressing through the youth sides, he joined Yeovil Town FC in the summer of 2009 on a season-long loan. After making his cup debut for Spurs in September 2010, Caulker was loaned out to Bristol City FC, but his season was cut short after a knee injury. On 1 July 2011, Caulker joined fellow Premier League side, Swansea City FC on another season-long loan. After returning to Tottenham, he joined Cardiff City FC, breaking the club's record transfer fee when they paid £8 million on 31 July 2013. Upon the club's relegation, he joined promoted Queen's Park Rangers FC on 21 July 2014, only to experience relegation again. On 29 July 2015, Caulker was loaned to Southampton FC for the season. However, on 12 January 2016, that loan agreement was cancelled allowing Caulker to join Liverpool FC on loan for the rest of the season. He returned to Loftus Road for the 2016-17 season, after which, Lokomotiv Moskva attempted to, and then pulled out of signing him in February 2017. Caulker's contract was mutually cancelled on 28 December 2017, leaving him a free agent. So, on 8 February 2018, Caulker signed an eighteen month contract with Scottish Premiership side, Dundee FC, scoring once and making fourteen SPL appearances up until his release on 1 September 2018; Swedish side Rosenborg had attempted to sign Caulker in the April. On 15 January 2019, Caulker joined Turkish side, Alanyaspor, and scored once in 69+two Süper Lig appearances, scoring five goals. Signed for Fenerbahçe SK on 30 June 2021, and subsequently loaned to Gazientep FK, making 24+one Lig appearances, scoring twice. Without any appearances at Fenerbahçe SK, Caulker left for Fatih Karagümrük on 28 August 2022, but left when his contract was terminated on 30 December 2022 after four+two Lig appearances. On 9 January 2023, he was signed by Wigan Athletic FC on a contract for the rest of the season, but left after the club failed to pay their players on numerous occasions. On 24 December 2023, Caulker announced that he would be taking his first steps into management with Spanish Tercera Federación side FC Málaga, becoming their player-manager in the new year. He left in the May following work visa issues. Caulker returned to Turkey, when on 15 July 2024, he signed a one year deal with Ankara Keçiörengücü SK.
