Club(s) Joined Arsenal FC in 1960 as part of the stadium groundstaff, before signing as an apprentice in October 1961, turning professional in May 1962.  Remained with Arsenal FC until 1978, following 10 league goals in 370 league appearances;  Crossed the Atlantic to try his luck in the NASL with New England Teamen FC, before returning to non-league football with Hendon FC in 1979.
