Began his career playing with Croydon Amateurs and joined Dulwich Hamlet
in 1912 and after serving as Rifleman in the London 9th Reserve Battalion,
he become club captain in 1921 for two years, and remained with them until
he retired in 1925. Also represented Surrey in 1913 and London, also in
1913 and 1920. |
