Club(s) |
Signed with the Birmingham City FC Academy when he was just
eight years old, making impressions through every level he played at. He
signed a scholarship contract with City in July 2010, making his first
team debut shortly afterwards. A loan move to Burton Albion FC in January
2011 failed to materialise because of scholarship and Football League
rules, preventing such loans. Having established himself as a City player,
he was allowed to move on. Redmond turned down
Swansea City FC to join Norwich City FC on 4 July 2013 for £2 million.
Then, on 25 June 2016,
Redmond joined Southampton FC for £10 million. Then, on 8 September
2022, he joined Turkish side Beşiktaş JK, making his debut in
the Super Lig four days later. making fifteen+ten Super Lig
appearances, scoring five times. Returned to England when
newly-promoted Burnley FC signed him on 21 July 2023. |
