Notes Boundary changes afflicted this venue in the late 19th century. Although initially, pre 1899 London Boundary Bill, the boundary between Kent and Surrey went through the north part of the Sports Arena, but not the Football Ground, which remained in Surrey, The aforementioned change, in 1899, brought the boundary north around the Crystal Palace Park, and placing the whole of Penge into the Kent county.
