Diary

Wednesday, 13 March 2019 - Montenegro's coach Ljubiša Tumbaković has named his squad that will take on Bulgaria and England for the opening qualification matches for Euro 2020. Although there are several players who have yet to make their national debut, they are by no means, new to the squad. The squad will meet up at the FSCG Training Camp in Podgorica on Sunday night.

Sunday, 17 March 2019 - Only nine players have turned up for Montenegro's first day of training.
They are Đorđević, Jovović, Lončar, Kosović, Mugoša, Petković, Radunović, Šćekić and Vukčević. Thirty minutes before training, Danijel Petković spoke to the media.

Monday, 18 March 2019 - The Montenegrin players continued their preparations today with all 24 players participating in the training session.

Thursday, 21 March 2019 - The Montenegro players have had their last training session in Podgorica.

Friday, 22 March 2019 -
The Brave Falcons have travelled to Bulgaria for their opeining Euro 2020 match. Stefan Savić will not play against Bulgaria, as he is considered not fit enough. He will be working on his fitness in a bid to be able to take the field against England.
Bulgaria 1 Montenegro 1:
Bulgaria found space behind the visiting defence as the game wore on, and Montenegro's rearguard were unable to supply the clean sheet they craved to accompany Mugoša's clever opener. Both sides had chances to secure the win in injury time, but must be equally relieved not to lose the Group A opener.
