Comparing the Managers on their 46th match
A day of not being able to score and sendings-off dominated number 46.
Harry Maguire and Reece James were sent off for Gareth Southgate, and Ray Wilkins at the World Cup in Mexico for Bobby Robson.
Not only was Southgate's team unable to score against Denmark, but also Alf Ramsey's team failed to score against Czechoslovakia. Roy Hodgson's XI failed to score against Spain and Bobby Robsons side, against Morocco, also failed to score.
It was only the England team under the auspices of the International Selection Committee that were successful, following a 4-0 victory over Ireland.
