Friday, 23 August 2015 - Vladimir Petković names his 23-man squad and there are major surprises ahead of the crucial matches against Slovenia and England. Johan Djourou is ruled out with a thigh injury so Hertha Berlin captain Fabian Lustenberger will take his place in the squad.

Saturday, 25 September 2015 - The Swiss win at home to Slovenia, extending their hopes for automatic qualification to the Final Tournament. They came from two goals down to score three in the last ten minutes.
