trainee on 13 November 1996. He played 232
Premier League appearances, scoring
three goals, before he left
Old Trafford following his release from contract and he joined Sunderland AFC
on 7 July 2011. Injuries had curtailed his Wearside career and
has only made 76 Premier League appearances, and
one goal, up until he was released at the end of the
2015-16 season. On 21 September 2016, Brown signed a short-term contract
with Blackburn Rovers FC, where he also took up a coaching assignment,
he made just four Championship appearances, scoring once. |
