Len Shackleton and Marjorie travelled on the CSS Queen Mary on 13 June 1957 from Southampton to New York. He was living at 12 Dean Street in Newcastle, at the time.

Death 28 November 2000 in Grange-over-Sands, aged 78 years 209 days [registered in Kendal, Westmorland, December 2000].
