Joined Oldham Athletic FC on a two year scholarship
in May 2009, and made his first team debut in January 2011. After becoming first choice, he
left for Brentford FC on 31 January 2014, before, on 1
February 2016, fellow Championship club, Burnley FC signed him for an
undisclosed fee. Leicester City FC made a £30 million
unsuccessful bid for him on 14
June 2019. On 7 September 2020, West Ham United FC made several unsuccessful
bids for Tarkowski, but the price fell short of Burnley FC's
£50 million. Newcastle United FC were linked with his signature
during the January 2022 transfer window. Following Burnley's relegation at
the end of that season, Tarkowski was released and was in talks with a
move to Everton FC, of whom he signed for on 2 July 2022. |
