Frustrated by limited opportunities with Englandís traditional colours, this garish paint explosion finally unleashed the kit designerís desire to experiment with the goalkeeperís uniform. Mercifully, it lasted less than a year, though its replacement was arguably, not much better, though associated with more success.

Paired with the 1993 white uniform on three of its five appearances.
