Trafford began his junior
career with Cockermouth and Carlisle United FC as a midfielder. Went
between the posts as a nine year old. Signed with Manchester City FC in
August 2015 aged 12. After working his way through the youth levels, he
was loaned to Accrington Stanley FC on 1 July 2021. After returning to
City he was loaned to Bolton Wanderers FC on 13 January 2022 until the end
of the season. He rejoined Wanderers for a season-long loan for 2022-23 as
he signed a new City contract. Signed for Burnley on 20 July 2023 for a £15
million transfer fee. |
