He has two daughters with Elen Rivas, Luna and Isla, they split in November 2008 after seven years together. Since October 2009, Lampard has been in a relationship with Christine Bleakley. On 15 June 2011, Lampard's engagement to Christine Bleakley was announced by his agent.

Redknapp/Lampard connection

The Redknapp's and the Lampard's are only related by marriage, and that was down to the Harris family.  Sandra E. married Henry J. (Harry) in the summer of 1968 in Barking. A year later, Patricia Ann married Frank a year later. Sandra had Jamie in 1973, Pat and Frank gave us Frank junior five years later, thus becoming cousins.

Signed as a West Ham United FC trainee in 1994, signing professional forms on 1 July 1995. He would go on to play 164 league appearances, scoring 32. Lampard was loaned to Swansea City FC on 6 October 1995, playing in nine league matches, scoring once. Signed for Chelsea FC for £11 million on 3 July 2001. Had played 429 Premier League matches, scoring 147 goals up until he left the Blues on 30 June 2014. It was announced  that Lampard joined the MLS and the new franchise New York City FC on 24 July 2014 on a two-year deal. However, on 6 August, he joined its parent club, Manchester City FC on loan for the season, making 32 Premier League appearances, scoring another six goals. He did join New York City FC on 1 July 2015, and made 29 MLS appearances, scoring fifteen goals. It was announced that his contract would not be renewed, on 14 November 2016, and he retired on 2 February 2017.

Appointed managed of Derby County FC on 31 May 2018. He was then appointed manager of Chelsea FC on 4 July 2019. He was sacked on 25 January 2021. Turned down the opportunity to manage Norwich City FC in November 2021, who were the bottom club at the time. Appointed the new manager of Everton FC on 31 January 2022, but unable to fix the Goodison Park problems, he was sacked on 23 January 2023. He was reappointed at Chelsea FC as their caretaker manager on 6 April 2023, until the end of the season (losing his first six, and winning his seventh). Returned to management when he was appointed Coventry City FC Head Coach on 28 November 2024.
