Marriage to Barbara F. Hillsdon [registered as Ronald D. in Chelsea, January 1958].
  According to the London Electoral Rolls, Ronald was living in Joby Dea's house at 82 Thorpebank Road in Shepherd's Bush along with Ellen Knights and Dorothy Ware, in 1957. The following year, Ron was boarding with Albert & Kathleen Baird at 13 Galloway Road, Hammersmith. By 1965 Ron and Barbara were living at 12 Sunbury Avenue.
Death 13 September 2015, aged 80 years 53 days [registration tbc]. Still living at 12 Sunbury Avenue, Mortlake.

Club Career
Club(s) Began his career playing for Sunday League team, Victoria United FC within London, from where he was taken to Queen's Park Rangers FC in February 1953. Sheffield Wednesday FC then paid between £9,000 and £15,000 for his signature. After making 345 league appearances, he returned to Queen's Park Rangers in March 1967 for a £16,000 transfer fee. Saw out his career with Ashford Town FC from September 1970.
